WASHINGTON CO., AR – A Friday afternoon collision caused delays for motorists in Washington County.

According to a report by the Arkansas DoT, the crash occurred at about 12:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the interstate, near Mile Marker 41.1

TEXARKANA, AR – A 25-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Texarkana on Tuesday night.

According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Lucas Brian Stephenson, 25, was traveling on AR-296 at about 9:46 p.m. when he lost control of his 2004 Chevrolet. The vehicle then rolled an unknown number of times.

Stephenson was pronounced dead at the crash site.

SEARCY CO., AR – A major RV crash in Searcy County resulted in serious injuries on Sunday.

According to a report by KLTO, an RV and a passenger vehicle collided head-on along US-65 near Walnut Street.

Searcy County Sheriff’s deputies say multiple people were extricated from the vehicles. At least three helicopters responded to airlift the victims to nearby hospitals.

MOUNTAIN HOME, AR – A collision near the town of Mountain Home last Thursday resulted in a single fatality and multiple injuries.

According to a report by KY 3, 71-year-old Doris Borden collided with another vehicle when it pulled out in front of hers along State Highway 5.

Borden suffered fatal injuries in the crash.

JONESBORO, AR – A man was struck and killed while crossing a busy Jonesboro roadway last Friday night.

According to a report by KAIT, 59-year-old Timothy Morgan was hit by an SUV as he stepped into the roadway at Johnson Avenue and Marion Berry Parkway.

Morgan was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.

LITTLE ROCK, AR – A semi-truck became wedged under a railroad overpass in Little Rock this morning.

According to THV 11, the truck crashed into the overpass sometime before 11 a.m. along 6th Street, in front of the Rail Yard restaurant.

The cause of the incident remains under investigation at this time.

CHICOT CO., AR  – Arkansas State Police were called to the scene of a collision along US-65, south of Halley Junction this afternoon.

According to a report by IDrive Arkansas, the crash occurred about two miles southeast of SH-208 at about 1:38 p.m.

SALINE CO., AR – One man was killed and 10 others suffered injuries following a multi-vehicle crash in Saline County late Sunday night.

According to KARK, the crash occurred shortly before midnight within the 14300 block of Chicot Road, near Bethany Lane.

Deputies with the Saline County Sheriff’s Office say the driver of a Chevrolet Avalanche pickup truck collided with a van, which was carrying a family of 10.

LITTLE ROCK, AR – At least one person was killed in a collision near downtown Little Rock this morning.

According to KATV, the crash occurred along Asher Avenue, near the intersection with 29th Street, shortly after 7 a.m.

CARLISLE, AR – A man from Little Rock suffered fatal injuries after a vehicle he was in overturned along I-40 on Saturday afternoon.

According to a report by KARK, the unidentified driver of an SUV lost control for unknown reasons and skidded off the freeway near Carlisle. The driver then overcorrected, causing the vehicle to roll over an unknown number of times.

25-year-old Reinaldo Amaya-Alas, a passenger in the SUV, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. It is unclear if the driver was hurt.
